One area that makes us stand out from others in homecare is through in office case management. What does that mean to you? When you need information on a patient or need to update orders, you or your staff will be able to call the office and speak to a nurse who has up-to-date vital signs, lab values and status updates on all patients. You will not have to wait to speak with the field staff regarding your patient. Patients are able to call the office with any needs they have and speak directly to a nurse who is familiar with their plan of care.
Our ultimate goal is to work with the patient, their caregivers and health care providers to help each one meet their personal goals of optimal health status while remaining in their home as long as safely possible.
